For a newish gun with a proprietary magazine like the 715t, you're out of luck in being able to buy/get/import a new 25 round mag inside of CA.

If you somehow got a 25 round magazine, it IS legal to possess.

You could also order a 25 round magazine, broken into parts, if you permanent block it so that it can't ever hold more than 10 rounds. Assembling the parts into a magazine that can hold more than 25 rounds is a felony.
