Yes, the Tech Sight is far superior. My groups with it rival what I can do with a red dot sight.
The only catch is that this system requires a new front sight. Removing the stock front sight is a cast-iron bear best done by a gunsmith. Otherwise the Tech Sight is easy to install.

Ok, purchased the Tech sights. Front sight was not nearly as difficult to replace as some suggested. Has a lot to do with where you clamp the barrel. Mine came out and went back in easy. All installed....Question.... what are the extra set of drilled and tapped holes on the receiver for???

4 screws are used to secure the mount rail.

Difficulty of removing stock front sight depends on: (1) how well you clamp the barrel, and (2) luck of the draw. Some seem to come off fairly easy, others put up quite a fight.
