    I'm tall (6'2"). I use a butt extender for my 10/22.

A black extended rubber recoil pad adds 1" to the length and helps with recoil absorption for the Ruger 10/22.

      Giggle, snort...
      It's not PTSD, it's nostalgia.

No no no think of the 1022 as the Honda civic of the rimfire world. The aftermarket parts are endless!

Are these easy fixes if I buy a 10/22?

I'd probably get takedown or sporter models.

              Thx.

ATI adjustable Stock and TECH Sights, you can google both. You can order direct from both.

This is my stainless, I had put a 4x40 scope on it and didn't like that, replaced it with a cheapo reflex sight which works fine. This stock is not a side folder but is adjustable. I just bought another new 10/22 and will be putting an ATI adjustable, side folding stock on it with the Rech Sights, they look light M1 Garand or M1 Carbine sights there is an apature you look through.

I was thinking about putting a Limbsaver on my 10/22's because of the recoil.

                  where'd you get them?

I am looking for a pair. or 3 or 4... debating between stainless or takedown, but if I'm getting 4 the stainless will likely be more budget friendly

I got another at turners last week, they had a few models in the warehouse to choose from, including takedowns.

Woo hoo, just put a synthetic stock 10/22 stainless carbine in jail day before yesterday. Pick it up on the 15th.
