@ I had heard that savage in general was hard to get, the thing that gets me was that I was told that his distributor had them in stock, he has a shipping number but no info comes up when he punches the number in which means in my experience of having things shipped that it hasn't left where ever it is being shipped from... It's bad enough to do the 10 day wait it another to be told it would be in by the pick up date and nothing. Super bummed.

I don't know where you live but I saw a few Rascals around town in San Diego. Big 5 El Cajon, P2K El Cajon, and a couple of other stores that I can't remember specifically.
