Well shoot, gas was $1.15 when I moved here in 98, then I was shocked when it ran up to almost $3. Now I'm happy if I see if for ONLY $4. ie; the Marlin 795 price may be the new price forever.
Aside from out of the box accuracy, people tend to pick 795's over 10/22s because of the great < $150 price. If they jack it and keep it at $200, then the 10/22s are just too tempting and the Marlins will just sit there.==================

I guess everyone wants a Marlin 795. haha. I got mine for I believe 119.00 thereabouts, last July. Anyway, I keep getting PM's asking about this gun. I think things will return to normal.
What can I say? She's a great gun. Be nice to the people @ Big 5. Then, you will be at Corona Appleseed before you know it.
