Anyone's Cabelas order from 3/31 ship? If in stock mine almost always shows shipped the next day and while my Mini Mags and Federals say backordered, my Remington Thunderbolt from that day shows in stock, but still hasn't shipped which is unusual.

My 1000 CCI Standards just shipped, which is the one I really wanted. 40 gr Mini Mags still backordered.

Got a call from cabelas cs yesterday asking if I would like to substitute a couple blazer bricks from some old backorders. I said sure. I just looked at my order history to find them cancelled. wtf. If it wasnt for bad luck I wouldnt be having any luck lately.

The way that worked for my orders was the original item said canceled and underneath the original showed the Blazer item in stock. Mine were shipped in less than two days after that.

Did anyone notice when the Blazers were shown on the "rimfire" screen that the word "NEW" was included in the title. It also showed up in the title on Slickguns.

Is there something "new" with the Blazers??

Yes, they are made by Federal using CCI brass/primer compound. There is a thread here on Calguns about it somewhere.

Gander is fine, except for what happened Friday. I guarantee they are completely discombobulated about Friday and have some IT Nerd and Whse Clerk trying to figure it out meanwhile the rest of the staff continue business as usual.

This has to be the case as my Friday order is still open, in whse. My Monday order shipped Tuesday, and my Wednesday order already shows shipped today.

Don't panic anyone. Don't call or bother them. It will probably slow things down if you do. All I know is that if you didn't double dip or over order then they will in fact honor your order. If they oversold you will get your stuff as they honor back orders 100% of the time, from my experience.

There is a YT vid around as well comparing the two. Federal has a 40gn LRN similar to the champion that they load on CCI brass/primers for CCI. They look different, but should perform about the same. So far C has only sent me the normal CCI stuff.
