QUESTIONS REGARDING GANDER:

I have two orders from Jan 27 & 28 for Troy Landry mini-mags that show "in process". Also two orders from Feb 11 & 12 for Federal Fire cans showing "in process". Does anyone have the same back-order scenarios for these specific ammos?

Dare I send an e-mail for an update or just let them ride (or cancel)?

We seriously need a rules of the internet specific to Cabela's.

No you do not email or call them. Don't like the answer the magic 8 ball is given, shake again. Unless you really want them canceled, just let them drift into the nothing, and you will either get nothing or a happy surprise one day.

ETA: Sorry... you said Gander. IDK. We still need rules of the internet for Cabela's, but I got nothing for Gander.

I have some Fresh Fire cans and Federal Champions from 2/10 that showed up as "to be picked" until Monday then they changed to BO.

the Walmart by my work takes the ammo to the automotive counter each morning between 7-7:30. Somehow folks know what days they are going to have 22 and what days they don't. Days they get 22 there are 5-10 guys waiting around in line. They are using an app, just not sure whose app it is. The two Walmarts by my house put their ammo out around 6pm each night. Never hit them up at the exact time so I cannot say as to whether they have a mob waiting for the 22 or not.

They are all in the Inland Empire, BTW

You can the Walmart app if you have an iPhone. It takes awhile to get to know your local Walmart but once you figure it out you can know the night before when something is coming in. It's not always 100% accurate and if you are like me our Walmart has a super b*tch that hides the ammo from the people who get up early and wait in line. She has actually cussed people out for buying ammo. Don't know how she still has a job.

It's all about being nice and doing your job. I go there and there isn't ammo also. She is just rude about it. It's not necessary at all. If you have met her than you know how she is rude. She is rude to just about everyone

For every 1 post on legitimate ammo, there are at least 20 with absolutely nothing related to ammo finds. Why does this thread exist anymore? For everyone here who seems to believe that .22 is a rare find these days, look up gunbot.net There are at least 200 .22 LR listings for sale any given day. Yes they are overpriced for the most part, but that's ammo as a whole right now.
