WHY???

OK...As I have nothing pending but back-orders from Cabela's for CCI Blazers from nearly 2 weeks ago, I sent them an e-mail for status updates. I figure this item has been available for 2-3 days but my back-orders still show "in process". My gut tells me these back-orders have been over-looked. Don't mind if they get cancelled - I don't like open orders.

Hopefully I'l get a response (one way or the other) by end of day/tomorrow.

What difference is it waiting or not, your card is not charged till it ships.
No big deal, just keep the $$$ to the side & continue to find the deals as normal.
Maybe it's just Calamity and I, but we've never had 1 cancel yet.(Knocks on wood.)
I just stated earlier that they always ship eventually.
Besides I love it when BO's show up unexpectedly...Now my better half...

Same boat as U(Over 2 Wks.)...Patience is a Virtue...got a confirm this AM so they're working on it.

Don't be surprised if it gets canceled... if not, consider it a bonus.

Don't just rely on Midway's email notifications...

I have a similar scenario w/ buckets at Midway going back to late last summer. Some buckets shipped but those 'in process' for $59 are in BO Hell.

Set your Page minder to view your Mid BOs' as sometimes they come in and
Like their notify sys, you might not get 1, even though stock was available to those waiting...
(Seems to oddly occur if there was a $$$ change...Ask me how I know...)

I'm with you. The slight price increase put a whammy on my desire for Blazer. It's funny though, Cabela's seems to have an endless supply at $27.99 but Midway whom sells it for $20.99 has none.

what is a page minder? I have some backorders from midway and I thought they were supposed to be filled automatically. If I have to fight with the rest of the crowd for something I backordered, I don't know what the point is. I thought it was a "get in line" sorta deal.

So I took a shot in the dark and called to ask if the Blazers were in stock.
Guy said " no but let me try something different here..... uh well nope can't help you, by"
He sounded suspicious when he "checked something different" and ended the call kind of abruptly.
I think they can see more than they say they can if they put a little effort into it or know how to go about it.
And no, I never gave him my name or volunteered any info besides the item number so ... relax

If you think they are being selectively lazy, you might try calling a few times and just hang up if you get the same person twice.
