Fr some reason I was able to order 2 bricks in the same day. Ordered one10am, then another 6 hours later. Different cards. But same cabalas account.

You can put 2 orders through, but they may cancel one or even both. Their day goes by midnight mountain time. I once ordered one in the evening and one just after midnight Central, thinking Nebraska is in Central. (their part is in Mountain) They went and cancelled BOTH orders.

I ordered twice on 1/30 Rem. GB shipping 1 box to me in CA and 1 to my nephew in FL and they canceled the second order to FL

No limit that I can see.

Anyone ever have a backorder from Sportsman's Guide? I don't remember every buying anything from them.

Yes I've had quite a few.

Some people complain about them but they've always honored them for me.

Example:
In Dec '12' right after SH I got some 5.45 and ordered more on Jan 10.
1st order came in Jan had to wait till June for the other.
To their credit, they honored the Original Price of 12.7 cents/rd.(136/tin 272/crate) when every Tom, Dick and Harry wanted 200+/Tin.
Got 3 crates to add to the collection...

I've still got some 22 on backorder that I can wait on.
Fed AM for 136/CS and Fed Blue Bx for less than 180/CS.
(Never see that price again.)

I've purchased 54R at prices that nobody can touch.
Last 2 w/free ship code and gift cards I had were $146 and $116 a Crate...(2 Separate orders).
This was while every 1 else wants 185+.
Beautiful thing about them is their cart is not hooked into the comp.
They actually have a room full of people who take that order and enter it into their system.
IOW you can keep something you find at a great price in your cart till your ready to get it at that price.
(Generally The use a different beginning to the SKU for sale stuff)
If it's not in stock it'll go to backorder.

When it ships, if it's a backorder item.
Some say their order system is a little antiquated but since there is a real person doing the check of stock,
you don't get banged till it's in house and shipping out.

Been a member for years, if your savvy and hit them when they run specials you can save a ton.
Like the Big C their ship cost is tied to a $ amount.
Usually I wait till they run the Free ship with a gift card or 20 off and a 20 gift card.
Hell, they ran a special for the holiday rush of free ship and a $50 gift card.
Used that for the cheap 54.
Beauty is you can use a code as well as a GC for max savings.

Sign up for the email specials and when they run 1 of their 20/30 GC's for membership, jump on it.
I've always gotten my fee back and then some...

Check SG for a decent source on current Coupons
