GunBot notifications for .22 ammo.
The sort of working, sort of not working, lists of Walmarts that have ammo in stock. 1. Ammo-Can 2. BrassBadger

Also, if you type in clubfive and hit apply, it appears to take, until you scroll down and start the credit card routine. Then when you go to send order, it will catch you and bounce you back telling you the credit card you've used does not qualify you for "clubfive". I'm not sure of this but I seem to remember it working this way for me a while back. With Cabelas, you never know though. Hopefully it works for everyone.

Ah, thanks for clearing that up Calamity!
I called up Cabela's and they'll do an order of .22 if you give them the item number: ZP - 210841. However cost is $8.49 plus $5.95 for shipping so unless you can combine it with something you were going to purchase anyway it'll cost you $0.1444/round.My stack's so deep, yo' mommas kids kids will have ammo to shoot!

As mentioned, not a bad deal if you can order 5 or 10, but just 1 kills itComment

HWY 95 South from Shurz towards Tonopah/Lost Wages south of Walker Lake. Area is full of Ammo Bunkers. Also the last 16" Naval Barrel was shipped out of there last year I think, it used to lay on the ground inside the Ammo dump property on the west side of HWY 95 just south of where the RR tracks crossed the HWY. All the tubes are gone now, 5 years ago there were several laying there.
They also have a twin Naval anti-aircraft gunmount (5"?) in the park and across the street there is a small monument with Naval Projectiles.Comment

That's very good point. Even if you THINK you know what you've got something like this can crop up. Then you have to either dispose of a whole 5 gal bucket, or take your chances. Then there's the chance that you or your heirs might want to sell some of that .22 down the road. A bucket full would just not be that marketable.Comment

I wouldnt take your chances, you risk seeing me show up on one of those big red fancy trucks with lights and sirens on it i drive, wouldnt be a good day for that person, then they would have to sell all there ammo to afford the helicopter ride im potentially about to give themThat's very good point. The way I kind of get around this is to put each bulk box in a good plastic bag with the piece of box with the name and serial number on it. I add a silica bag and seal it well. They conform to the ammo can very nicely, but I can still have individual boxes (bags) of ammo. Just a thought.I wouldnt take your chances, you risk seeing me show up on one of those big red fancy trucks with lights and sirens on it i drive, wouldnt be a good day for that person, then they would have to sell all there ammo to afford the helicopter ride im potentially about to give them
