I was one of those who was blocked. It was not magical to watch all the bragging of 10 box's of 525 and 10 box's of this and 10 box's of that. If I had any 22 ammo to spare, I would have shot the screen, the CPU, the tablet and the android phone. Luckily I needed to save those few bullets.

Just noticed on the Federal Ultra match link for Gander.....
When did RWS start making ammo for Federal?
I have some boxes of UM22 from 2011 and they don't have any RWS markings on them.

It's just a theory. Some people were seeing ammo and others weren't. Could be anything from a poorly designed server farm to Gander blocking people who are pinging them too heavily or otherwise pissed them off.

It sounds like maybe if you didn't have the right browser or got hooked into the wrong server it showed OOS. I don't understand the sorcery that is computer technology.

There was something going on and it happened to quite a few people. I am leaning towards the variance in which server theory. I tried from multiple browsers and multiple devices and came up empty. I also haven't ordered anything from Gander in over a year, so don't think I pissed them off.

I kinda figure I'd load a hundred or so, non magnetic bullets, so I could shoot them at Angeles or Burro

nice, i would love to visit that place . im tired of driving so far just to shoot mine. keep me posted on how that works out, im thinking about getting into reloading specifically for reasons like yours

I screwed up the first TWO Gander drops after I found this thread...

Don't worry...this is a grind, not a sprint.

Keep at it, soon you'll have LOTS and be able to shoot any appliance that crosses your path.

Saw a dozen boxes of 100rd Winchester 9mm FMJ at Ceres Wallyworld around 7:30pm. $26-something a box. I am stocked up so I passed. But it has been a long time since that much 9mm sitting on the shelf (other than TulAmmo).

I think the big secret is to keep reading this thread...sometimes it takes a couple weeks, but after the first score, you'll be glad you were patient...
