Grab A Gun scares me with a shipping glitch. Added 5 mags to the cart and: "Flat Rate Shipping Cost $361.60". What's up with thateta: Also available at Grab a Gun.
$13.19 OTD, limit 5

I'm not tech savvy enough to know specifics for that but grabagun does behave strangely for me with IE. Displays and navigates better with Firefox. IDK, I ordered on my phone, no problems.
I've ordered from them before and they've always been GTG.Last edited by readysetgo; 08-11-2013, 12:02 AM.Stand up and be counted, or lay down and be mounted... -Mac

I'm sure it happened to someone before. Today I pulled the trigger, and heard a tiny click but nothing happened. I couldn't release the hammer. I dissembled it and saw that my trigger pin (one that is supposed hit the hammer lever to release the hammer) dodges the hammer lever to the side instead of hitting it. Then I saw the hammer is pushed all the way to the "#48 Right sideplate", To keep the trigger pin from dodging the hammer lever, I slid the hammer towards the "#47 left sideplate" trapping the trigger pin.
Here is a picture of what I mean by trigger pin dodging the hammer lever.
Hammer is pinning trigger pin to the sideplate.
Is this normal? Is there anything else I can do to keep the trigger pin from dodging?
EDIT: As it turns out, a hammer spacer is missing. Big5 said they will cover it 100% and will replace it with a brand new rifle.
Add: I would also like add that Marlin have great customer service. They were willing to send me a hammer spacer. No hassle and no charge, they didn't even ask me for proof of ownership or any sort of paperwork.Last edited by creationsh; 08-13-2013, 7:34 PM.Comment

Storing Rimfire
I rented a small locker at my gun range. I have a Henry H004 and Marlin 60 in Jail.
The locker is just large enough to fit the rifles if they sit in the locker diagonally leaning against the back corner.
Will it damage the barrel to store this way.
It basically is same as if I left leaning against a wall.
I might try and build ramp, or something to hold them up if it's not good for rifles to store this way.
Thanks.----------------------------
