    Got mine out today...put on the large grips and noticed with that it was difficult to insert the magazine. It appears that the soft rubber portion of the large grips slides downwards as I try to insert the magazine upwards...the grip slides downwards just enough to make inserting the magazine very difficult. Anyone else have this problem?

      On sale at Turners for $329 this week. Tempting!

      On the flip side, my phoenix arms HP22a for $150 has run great for thousands of rounds, plus lifetime no hassle warranty.

      If money is an issue or you don't need the long term durability of the Ruger(in my case, as a trunk gun/plinker), the HP is great. I've seen them as cheap as $99 wholesale.

        I bought the SR22 for my son as a birthday gift but I enjoy shooting it just as much as he does. Here's a photo of the last target grouping I shot with it yesterday, after adjusting the sights a bit - 30 shots at 7 yards.
