Why is everyone out? A ton of other .22LR, but it seems all the usual suspects are out and have been for a few weeks or more. Is CCI limiting production? I don't necessarily NEED more right now, but I'm concerned about getting more long term.

Checked both Palmetto and ammotogo. I've bought from both in the past, but they're both out right now. Turners have a few, but they're $10/box. Walmart by my house had some, but they're gone now, too. Just wondering why suddenly they seem to be disappearing.Comment

.22lr is getting very popular right now with all the full size semi auto pistols out now and the fact that the Obamaconomy has **** on almost all of us everyone would rather slap on a .22 conversion to their .45/9mm guns and have a good time at the range for a lot less money could be the reason they are flying off the shelves.."Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it"Comment

Mini Mags 22 have assumed the best of the lot lately---Remington Golden 22s used to be the standard for high quality, but their QC is very poor for the last several years. Mini Mags are some of the most expensive ammo out there but will usually work when other cheaper ammo won't. $10 a box of 100?---too much for me---I bought many boxes for $6 a box at a gun show. I thought that was pretty much top dollar.Comment
