The railed gas block is easily removed via set screws. It's only purpose is to hold the hand guards and to mount a front sight.
Any AR accessorie will fit the CMMG upper. As stated, it's made from real AR components minus the barrel and bolt.

if i use this upper the m4LEP i have a couple questions, can i switch out the hand gaurd for some rails? like full floats? what size would i need to install these rails? im a complete AR noob, also since this LEP has what looks like a front Picatinny rail if i dont get the rails i can always just put a magpul site in the front? and a flip up in the rear?

I got my M4-LEP .22 Upper along with a few mags from shadow65 in the mail earlier this week. I also bought the Troy / VTAC BattleRail Alpha 13″ free float rails to go with it.

That hand guard looks great on there. What length is it?
