    Thanks for the info.

The KIDD trigger is quite a bit more expensive.

Did you degrease before installing? You shouldn't need any loc-tite if a ring has been mounted properly. It is the pic version, Just torqued them using a torque wrench, hopefully I get it out this weekend and see if that was the problem. Don't think so. yes everything was clean and degreased. Agreed
        2. I noticed you did a "trigger job." Did you already replace the pins with a tighter set? Once you've finished polishing sear engagement, that's a pretty cheap upgrade that will help at the margins. Makes it a pain to work on it frequently once done, however. So finish final stoning of surfaces beforehand. No new pins yet, I am slowly stoning and polishing all rubbing surfaces,I am thinking next time I have it apart I will try the jb weld sear trick.I am only taking it down in VERY small increments, so it could be a few more range trips before I am done with it.
        3. I think the bolt buffer is very helpful for little cost. It will decrease vibration on the mounts (not that you'll need it with a properly installed scope). More importantly, it will aid you, the shooter, in maintaining groups when shooting at speed.

Yeah all the aftermarket trigger groups are about as much as a new rifle.
