I think a Ruger Mk or 22/45 is more comparable to the Buckmark. Both are the standard for reliability and accuracy at that price range. If your goal is to shoot more accurately and precise with your 22, I'd choose either. I like the Rugers because their firing pins arent as prone to breaking as the Buckmarks when dry firing.
The SR22 is more if you want a fun little tactical trainer. My girlfriend has been eyeing these as soon as they were released since her favorite pistol is a Walther P99 and this seems like a better option than a P22
