Thanks for all the suggestions and advice guys!

After kicking things around, I decided to go with a Nikon ProStaff Rimfire 3-9x40mm Riflescope, Matte w/ BDC 150 Reticle 6725. I was going to order it from www.mountsplus.com because it came with free scope rings for $149.95 shipped but item was out of stock. I ended up ordering it from Optics Planet because they had it in stock and gave me a 5% discount because they didn't have the free deal to match. Now I just have to wait the week out for my rifle to get bailed out and scope to arrive. I'll update you guys once I get a chance to get things together and get zeroed in. Thanks again!

I only shoot out to 50 yards, but I love my Nikon ProStaff Rimfire 4 x 32.

I got it for about $125 and it's worked fantastically!

The guys at RFC seem to really like the Mueller APV

I researched scopes for a CZ 455 I had a while back. Based on features, reviews, and prices I went with the Simmons .44Mag 4-12x44 with side parallax adjustment and truplex reticle. I liked it and felt it was a good value. If you are shooting mainly 25-50 yards I would go with something a bit smaller though, maybe the .22Mag? Nikon was also a contender, but for more money and I did not feel the additional expense was needed for general fun target shooting/plinking.
