Low powered leupold, 2-7x28 maybe. Keeping it light and meant for offhand within 25 yards

ill get better pics soon, here it is with a barska scope that i had laying around, ill use the scope to put some rounds down range, but still want the leupold

today i did the DIY auto bolt release. it was easy because i have a VQ one, so i just copied that. I also installed swivel studs and put the national match sling on (which is an awesome sling btw)

for the black 10/22 i got scope rings to move it forward a bit.

Looks good! I've always wanted a custom 10/22, but never wanted to shell out the dough for one.

Do you have a scale to weigh each of your 10/22's? I'm torn between those 2 builds. I'd like something that I can take out to the fields and use for prairie dog hunting without turning my arms to rubber.

Nice work, you've made me jealous.

Thanks. I don't have a scale sensitive enough for the guns, so I weigh myself with and without the guns for an approximate weight.

I wouldn't want to carry that black rifle around. It's VERY front heavy, and without a pistol grip its even more uncomfortable on your wrist.

To hunt I'd recommend a combination between the 2:
Hogue overmold stock, with a tactical solutions barrel. Would be very light and accurate, probably a little less than 5 lbs with a scope.
