    Thanks for the offers and help guys! Im going to break it down and try to figure it out tonight after work. I heard from somewhere it was a pita to take apart but maybe it was the ruger .22 handgun I was thinking about.

      Study the tutorials online if you can. You should break it down completely and clean everything. Be careful not to loose any parts!

        I know this sounds razy BUT check your trigger mechanisms bolt hold open device. I wonder if it's been engaged.

        Otherwise the only solution is to remive the receiver from the stock and using a hammer and punch set drive out your pins.

        In the future alsway keep your rifle clean and oiled.
