Are these models CA legal? need to brush up on the 22 pistol laws, i thought that since it was 22 it was ok, but it has a threaded barrel so i thought that made it a AW. Shoot me some info on this would you guys

they make a non threaded barrel model. look at tombstone guns in arizona for a good price 319 i believe. and i read they are great guns

Non threaded barrel CA. legal and on roster. I've had mine about a month now and have a blast shooting it. I already have 5 mags for it and have changed the MSH. I used the MSH that came out of my Springfield. I also lightly sanded and polished the slide and frame where they make contact this really smoothed out the slide action. I took off the wood grips and put black rubber grips on it. Now with the exception of the white lettering its all black and I call it my tactical 22 lol. Heres a bad pic (someday I will learn to take good pics).

but im just curious is the model that im asking about legal? the one that comes with the threaded barrel and faux suppressor i know the other models are legal but i like this one more, i still want to get one just need to sell a gun to get the cash for one, they look awesome

No, not legal in CA. The CA version is not threaded and no fake suppressor.

The model I checked out in a Sacramento shop looked GSG tac-welded a cap over the the threads on the end of the barrel

Bought mine at Sac Black Rifle. Ad coming out tomorrow shows $329.99, good til 10/10/11. River City had it on sale for $379 a couple of weeks ago.

I have not got to shoot one yet but all the guys I sold them too love them and siad they were very accurate with any ammo they used. One guy said he had the best group with Stingers.
