I can't see a price for that kit. How much does it run? I think I'd pick that over the faux-AR Archangel kit.

My stock 16" CMMG M4 LE will shoot under 1" at 50 yards with a 4 X scope.

depends on what you want out of a gun? ability to change stuff? 10/22 is your gun, and its not a bad shooter!

but for $100 less you can pick up a marlin 795 and throw a optic and bipod and shoot even more precise without changing a barrel or anything else on it..

Well, a 10/22 has a huge aftermarket following.
So if you want to tinker it up, that would probably be you best "fun gun".

What about building your own from the ground up?
Go bull barrel and action, then buy and build your "dream machine".
That way it'll be yours, out of the box.

For my money, I like my Marlins. Accurate out of the box, fun as all get out at the range, and you can season them up to suit your taste. (One of mine has a huge tactical scope on it. But what a picture it brings! I'm thinking hard on a Bi-Pod for it.)

22's have to be the funnest guns around! Have fun with yours.

Out of the box they're equal. Do a pillar/bed, remove the barrel band, buy a 35.00 power custom hammer/sear/spring/shim kit and the 10/22 will shoot extremely tight groups using Federal bulk ammo that will give accurized bolt action .22 a run for the money.

Funny how marlin 785s are so accurate but their internals are junk. Build quality makes a difference for me, even if it doesn't mean superior accuracy.

Definatly 10/22 for the aftermarket stuff. Plus a little extra cash for more ammo is never a bad thing.

10/22 has been around for allot more time than these AR22's -> with equal ammo my 10/22 shot about the same as my 15-22 BUT with a little investment the accuracy of the 10/22 can be upgraded...... bull barrel and Kid drop in trigger group and you get a tack driver

the 15-22 is still too new of a toy for the aftermarket BUT remember lots of the AR parts will fit too (ie AR trigger group, but no new barrels yet)

hope this helps you out, come to one of the Calgun shoots in So Cal and your more than welcome to try both of mine
                      I mainly shoot .22lr, 9mm,45 acp, 357 & 38, 12G, 7.62x39, .308, .223/556, 7.62x54r, 300 win mag, 8x57
