Rimfire AR Scope

I have a CMMG 22 lr "carrying handle" upper of a Stag lower, collapsible stock and I want to replace the current crappy little scope with something better. What I need is a scope with a very short eye relief because I tend to use the thing with the stock almost fully closed. I need it to be compact, would prefer 30 mm but 1" is OK and about 7" or less length. Would like a fixed 4X or 1 to 4X.

Any ideas? The Burris 4X Timberline or Weaver 1 to 3X would be great, but they have too long eye relief.

Would like info on this too. I have a 3-7x20 on my Henry 22 lever action and 50yds out is tough.

I'm looking for scope that I can use for the 22 and later mount on an AR or an old 1903 bolt action.

I was just about to make a similar thread. Just purchased a M&P 15-22. I just want a cheap scope that's like $50 to $70. I don't know anything about scopes, or much about guns for that matter. Total Newb here. Can anyone recommend a good brand or model? Anything to look out for? I'd like something more tactical looking.

There are a couple of Barska with magnification and the Vortex Strikefire comes with a doubler to get you 2X.

I have a flat top .22 cmmg with a millet dms 1-4 scope. Just put the scope on a few days ago, can't wait to take it to the range, or destroy bunnies and squirels with it.
