So I guess the consensus is it's not in THAT bad of shape, perhaps worth $100, but since it needs a $5 part, $90 is probably a reasonable price. Guess I'll list it over in the FS area in the next day or two and see what happens.

look into doing the repair for yourself, you can get a bit more than that. The one I got off CGN had a chipped buttplate. But parts are easily found since this model was so popular you could purchase them from a Sears catalog.
