Its appears that your hammer didn't go up and is causing you problems in closing the spring housing

Last step: put the magazine back in, pull trigger, push hammer "cheese block" fully forward, (hammer will not go fully forward unless you pull the trigger and the mag must be in to do it).

Make sure hammer strut "dingleberry" is hanging down and contacts the mainspring in the mainspring housing before pushing closed. You will feel the resistance of the main spring as you close it up.

When I tried to put the main housing spring in I could not get the bolt through the holes. Makes me wonder if the receiver is not properly aligned or if the spring came loose. See picture below.

Use a small amount of oil or grease on the tip of the bolt stop pin and at the same time push back on the Recoil Spring using a small flat head screw driver, that will help the pin to go through the hole very easy. A bench vise will help to hold the gun steady while doing this.

Easiest way to re-assemble it is to place the upper, lower together, use a block of wood for the barrel tip to rest on, apply weight on the pistol grip, which should fully seat the 2 halves. To re assemble the take down pin/spring housing, tilt the pistol downwards, pull the trigger making sure the hammer falls forward, install the take down pin/spring housing by applying force upwards, tilt the pistol level, check to see the hammer strut is free and centered, align the hammer strut so it sits on top of the hammer spring perch, apply pressure to close the hammer spring housing, close the take down release lever and your done. The biggest thing to observe is making sure the hammer strut sit directly on top of the hammer spring perch.

One thing that may help is when putting the barrel (the upper minus the bolt) back on the frame, you shouldn't turn it clockwise or counterclockwise when pushing it back on. Otherwise, the holes will be very slightly misaligned and you'll have issues putting the bolt pin back in. It took me a few times, and some heavy malleting (and succeeding) before I realized this.
