    Recommend Dot Scope for 22/45

Just as the title says. I need recommendations for a dot scope for my 22/45. Not satisfied with the Optronics BuckRidge on their now.

Would like it to cost less than $100 and be 5moa or less.

I would recommend the Bushnell TRS-25. I tried a couple others, with mixed reviews, and really like the size and weight of this site. The dot is small and has good adjustability. Pick it up for $89 shipped from opticsplanet.com http://www.opticsplanet.net/bushnell...ot-731303.html

I put a Burris Fast Fire II on mine. Works great.

Fastfire is a bit out of my price range, but the Millet or the Bushnell look like good choices.

            Keep'em coming.

Btw, anyone use the Primary Arms Micro Dot?

Depending on what you want to do w/ your gun. Going for percision ? Lots of bullseye shooters put Utradot on their 22s. I have an Ultradot on mine and likes it: shoot decent scores, battery lasts long, good dot shape (round), held zero for the last however many years under varying situations.

Ultradot exceeds price limit. Don't need to bulls-eye, just get consistent hits/groups of 8" or less at 50 yards. This is a plinker gun. Right now I am just dissatisfied with the adjustments on my Optronics.

Why are you dissatisfied? Is it too small? Ultradot is very small and not finger adjustable.

For plinking, I'd think I'd go w/ an open design like the Burris fastfire instead of a tube because they are quicker.

Dissatisfied because I don't think windage adjustment screw works.

Again, Burris outside of price range. Thank you.

A number of good options have been suggested, you may want to look at some of the Adco line as well.

I have the Ultradot, Bushnell TRS-25, and the Primary Arms Micro. They're all good scopes and will do exactly what you need them to do for a plinker.

I am leaning heavily towards the above suggestion. Any pros and cons from others.

How does the TRS-25 compare toe the Primary Arms Micro? The Micro is also under heavy consideration.
