Still waiting for a response and more time at the range to test the adjustment I made...

As for groups, I was shooting CCI mini-mags from a standing offhand position (no sling) and getting 4" groups at 25 yards. Not great, but almost certainly a reflection on the shooter, and not the equipment!

Thats around what I was getting off hand, no optics (Just irons), standing at ~25yrds...

Just in case anyone is interested:

I (finally) made it to the range this past weekend, and adjusting the front sight post did indeed work. Too well. Instead of shooting 4" high, its shooting 3" low now. And, of course, I forgot to bring my Leatherman to adjust it.

Darn. I ~have~ to go to the range again.
