Sometimes it rings and rings or is busy but its just because theyre busy. Id rather see them give me at the counter a little more attention than the phone so knowing that, I dont mind all too much. I really enjoyed my experiance there and would prob frequent there if I lived closer.

Put one in DROS jail yesterday. I went with the SD version because I love the look of the handguard and barrel. It is $80 more, but still a great deal. Can't wait to go shoot it.
