    Safe temperature to bake paint on 10/22 Receiver Trigger

    Hello, I am in the process of stripping the paint on my aluminum 10/22 trigger guard and receiver in order to coat with Dupli-Color High Heat Paint with Ceramic. What is a safe temperature bake the 10/22 alluminum at? thanks

    What does the instructions on the paint say?

    Aluminum, I wouldn't worry at 200 at all, but check the manufacturers recommendations on metal.

      Been reading up on Dura-Coat and they say to bake @ 200 degrees.
      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
