consider the versa-pod. you simply purchase the mounts and you may transfer the bi-pod from rifle to rifle.

you may do the same with a Harris with, simply, a front swivel mount stud. many others require a picatinny/weaver clamp style rail.

i am a legend in my own mind...

we are told not to judge muslims by what a few do...yet, the NRA membership and firearms owners are ALL considered as radical...

I have the same one and it seems to be fine. Not really sure what a $60 bipod gets you that a $20 one doesn't.

+1 on UTG. I bought the $19.99 (non-spring, shorter extension) and the $29 (spring, longer extension) from Amazon for my 10/22's and they both work great. No complaints.

I bought this same one for my 795 and it worked great. I beat the hell out of it and in a brain fart stored it in a foam case until the mounting strew showed a slight bit of rust.

It looked terrible, but still worked great. In fact it looked so bad (and I had more time then money), that I completely disassembled it, removed the one spot of rust, repainted it, and now it looks as good as the day it arrived!

I have gotten my $20 worth and more (only 20 since I used an old can of bbq spray paint that pretty much matched the original and was less reflective!)

Try this bipod. I bought one (and sold it) and its a decent quality unit. Much nicer/sturdier than the Shooters Ridge I gave to my son for his toy gun. The only reason I sold it was the stock on my Marlin is a bit off on the contour making it necessary to use a swivel bipod (Harris of course).

I've got a couple of the Winchester ones from Walmart on my grandkids' Crickett Tacticool Sniper Rifles. They work great.

I have had a cheapy and it fell apart on me and made me ding the barrel up a bit since then I stuck with a Harris. I say save and get Harris swivel.
