    .22 minigun?

I was thinking... (oh noes! )

If you taped two guns together, they would still be considered two guns, right? What if the fixture was more permanent?

Would bolting the guns through the stocks make them one gun?

if not then we could proceed to make an effective "minigun" by taking 6 actions/barrels and attaching them to a rotary motor and combined trigger mechanism... unless the combined trigger would make it a single gun...

Would hypothetically be fun as hell to shoot(expensive to build, but relatively cheap ammo wise, considering the price of 22..)... thoughts?

My AR is 7.62x39, so that if/when we get invaded, I can shoot their ammo back at them!

each serial number would be a gun.

There was a dealie you could buy years back that would let you take 2x or 4x 10/22's or mini-14's and strap them to this thing and it ends up looking remotely like a quad-50 (remotely). I don't recall how the triggering of multiple guns worked though.

The legality of your version which I'm assuming to be able to actuate a triggering device 1 time and have multiple rounds discharge would seem questionable in general and honestly sounds like a way to go to prison in Kalifornia.

Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Me thinks that one trigger pull shooting more than one round might get you into the automatic weapon arena. Ver Botten in Kaliforniastan and also without a federal license, maybe the "Big House" in a cell with Bubba and Skeeter. If a person wants automatic weapons they should move to where they are legal.

nope I'm pretty sure that its illegal...at least in Kommiefornia, some people have already tried to do something like it. take a look http://www.cabelas.com/product/Shoot...3Bcat104815080

              hmmm... >

does a crank-driven trigger count as multiple trigger pulls? it could be geared... As for actually making it, I would obviously do a lot more research.. and have to have that kind of money) i was just thinking =]

Neat idea, but probably not worth the hassle. Even if it is not technically illegal, it will cost you a lot of time and money to prove that.
