got a 10/22

My 10/20 only has only a few OEM parts left on it. I looks alot meaner than when it was stock, but that doesn't mean my stocker was any less fun. Take yours out and shoot the crap out of it first, after you've done that then mod the heck out of it. Be be warned, I won't be cheap if your thinking o its just a 22 how much money could they really want for a barrel.... haaa. So what I'm saying here is get the most out of your $250 dollars b4 you go and put another 4 or 5 into it. cheers

Take a look at RimfireCentral.com they have an extensive 10/22 area with all kinds of info on upgrades.

i had a life once, before RFC.com. then i took my $150 10/22 and spent $300 adding to it. it lead to my divorce, but we're much happier since she left.

seriously though, 10/22's are awesome. its my favorite 22lr. you will love it

Congrats. 10/22 is a lovely rifle. Now it needs lots of ammo but otherwise isn't too needy.

I want to get a stock/bipod to spruce mine up... any recommendations from you fellas here?

The 10/22 is a great gun. You can have as much fun putting all your details in it just like an AR. I put together one with a Kidd Barrel and that thing is a tack driver.

rimfirecentral.com is a great website to use for info on what all you can do with a 10/22.

Oh and if you go on that website and look up a member by the name of Que, he does great bolt work for a heck of a price. He strengthens the hammer, works on the ejector, files down the headspace and does a great jeweling job for only about $35.00 its a great deal. When you look at the price of getting a new ejector and hammer is cheaper.

If it's the carbine, your 1st mod should be to remove the barrel band. It'll help your accuracy. Then file the bolt release
