    Savage MarkII TR

Hats off to Robby Betts at Golden State Tactical for putting this deal together for me. I have a Savage 12FVSS in .308 for long range and though this would be the perfect companion gun to practice with. I also have a gorgeous Anschutz rimfire with a Monte Carlo stock and Leupold glass, it's to nice to beat around. It was a gift from my father and I want it pristine. The Savage is perfect to take anywhere.

    Stats:
    Savage MarkII TR
    Leupold VXII 3-9x40
    Alumina flip covers
    TPS tactical rings
    Harris Bipod

Man thats nice, I was saving to get this rifle next. Actually had the cash but ran across a sweet deal on a Colt/Umarex SPR and snapped that up. But the TR will for sure be my next purchase.

I just pulled the trigger, literally on some match ammo. I bought a box of 50 in the following:

            Lapua X-ACT
            Aguila Match
            Wolf Match extra

The Lapua was crazy expensive but I figured I'd try it anyway - wish me luck!

Oil and just keep working the bolt, it took about two days for my CZ to do it...

You wont find more bang for the buck than that Wolf MT. Every Savage I have seen loves it.
