Western Auto .22 help

I just bought a Western Auto Mod. 99 .22 Chrome fiinish. It's in great shape, but know nothing about it, other than it's a Western Auto. Tried looking on google but can't find anything. Tring to find out when they were made, how many, by who, original price and current value. Any help would be great. Thanks

I'm guessing High-Standard. Do you have a better description? Rifle, pistol, revolver, semi-auto, bolt, DA, SA, DA/SA, short, long rifle, magnum...

Pistol, double action looks like model 29 Smith. Nice little gun, 9 shot fluted cylinder. Thanks

Sorry no pics. It has an H.S. 160-000 and Western Auto Supply Co. U.SA.

Look at the High Standard Model Double Nine.

It does look like the HS Double Deluxe, only it has different sights and is Chrome.

The other spelling is Hi-Standard. W-100 is an alternate model number. Deluxe Nickel is the name of the finish.
