New 17hmr Recommendations?

How about a 17HM2? Since you'll have the .22Mag and the HM2 ammo is about half the price of the HMR and most likely won't be considered handgun ammo under the new stupid law in Feb 2011, or the HMR for that matter. Just a thought.

i just picked up a savage 93r17f from turners for 200. cant beat that price for a brand new rifle.
