Good to hear that the 15-22 is a good buy I have been looking at getting an ar style .22 just to cut down cost of plinking at the range
That punk pulled a Glock 7 on me. You know what that is? It's a porcelain gun made in Germany. Dosen't show up on your airport X-ray machines, here, and it cost more than you make in a month.

Just for giggles I put the EoTech i bought for my AR in my M&P 15-22 the other day at the range.

It kept putting the rounds thru the same holes......

The sight cost more than the gun, but it sure was fun.

          I love my 15-22

            ^^^ Cool!

Our boy ran the 15-22 in a "Tactical Carbine" 1 day course last month, followed up a couple weeks later with a "Skillbuilder" day, both with Modern Defense Training at Burro.

The thing ran great both days...I think he said he tossed about 340 or 360 rounds downrange each day. He was hitting the 8" steel easy enough with the irons at 100 yards, had a ton of fun and learned a lot from the good guys at MDT.

btw, I did offer to let him run an AR or our Mini-14 if he went in half on the ammo $$, he said "Nah I like the .22"
