You accually dont even notice it
niether my Kimber, my Ruger 10/22, or my Spikes AR hold open on last shot and it really isnt that big of a deal. I can count to 10 plus I can now tell when the last shot is anyway. Some may think thats a deal breaker but considering how much I know shoot my "1911" as compared to when I shot my Springfield 45

Beware that "steals" don't typically hang around for you to take your sweet time in deciding.

I'd jump on the Kimber then take a month to decide if you'd rather have a M&P. If the price truly is a steal, you can even make a nice profit should you decide to sell and buy the M&P.

The all aluminum Kimber 22LR handles so nicely it's a joy to shoot. It's really a nice gun. The conversion kit is also fun but the lightweight gun is pure bliss. It's a no brainer.
