10rd magazines are their own issue.

A rimfire rifle may utilize "high-capacity" magazines if the owner had them prior to 2000.

there isn't one and I don't see the need to make one.

Rimfire handguns are already covered in my handgun flowchart, and rimfire rifles only have to deal with 2 questions, is the barrel >16" and the OAL >26", thats it.

assault weapons identification and large capacity magazines are two seperate issues when dealing with rimfire rifles.

correct, usage of 10+ round mags does not matter one bit for rimfire rifles. How you acqured the magazine may be an issue, but the usage in the rifle doesn't violate any laws.

No. You can fill any magazine that you have to its maximum capacity for use.
