so the apv is coming, now im just cruising a couple other threads and reading up on barrels. really loking at the green mountain barrels, just not sure what i want yet. also up in the air on witch stock. my main concern right now is stripping the finish on the receiver and having it redone. can anyone recommend a place in the bay area?

just ordered from midway the volquarsten extended mag release and the auto bolt release. cant make up my mind on a new barrel but leaning toward the gm and the houge stock.

big question for you all, im really not digging the finish on this receiver, this fake stainless gray paint is killing me. i would like to have it refinished but have no tools or experience with this. can anyone recommend a local bay area shop or someone to take it to. and about what am i looking at to do this. im assuming they would strip it, and powdercoat it? all in all just having fun with this gun and finally know the direction i want to go with it. thanks guys.

that's right westsider....

no high cap mag unless you owned it pre-ban (grandfather clause). But even if you meet that requirement - you'd be wise to carry the receipt of purchase with you if you still have it, or some documentation showing when you purchased it. 'cuz as soon as LEO sees that high cap mag, he's gonna come to bust your ballz!
