    got a new 10/22 today

so i decided to go with a K10/22 i picked it up for 249.00 seemed like a good deal and the wife has been wanting one to shoot so i pulled the trigger on it. at first we were looking more at the standard carbine's because of price then saw the price for the K. on gallary of guns. im liking the stainless barrel on it.

ill post some pics when i get it. this is my first time buying a gun this way but i feel secure doing it because its going straight to Doms and i have been going there since i was born, lol. anyone else have experience with this site. they seem to be on it. i paid a deposit, got an email confirm then got an email from Doms. seems pretty simple...

any scope recommendations for my new rifle in the 1-200 range?

Mueller apv is a popular choice. I have one and love it. Very affordable and great quality.

+1 for the APV. I have one on my 10/22 with the Burris Zee rings and Butler Creek caps.

Can't go wrong with a 10/22. More squirrels have fallen prey to my 10/22s than I could possibly attempt to count.

I am using a Nikon ProStaff 4x32 rimfire scope on my new build. For what I am doing 4x is all I need.

check ebay for bushnell optics. $200 scope for $60-$80. 10/22's are awesome.

                          Good advice

Interestingly I was just going to publish a post looking for a scope for my son's 10/22 with the youth stock (which I bought at Doms)...

Looks like the advice is to go with a 4x scope...

Any advice on the best place to buy the mounts/scope all in one bundle? I'd prefer to buy online..

So are you gonna customize it?
