Stubborn Fouling

About cleaning 22lr barrels. I know it is strange, but with 22lr revolvers they seem to foul up quicker than semi auto. My Buckmarks and 10/22 can go on and on as long as I clean the chamber every 500 rounds. A revolver has many chambers, compared to a semi auto that has the chamber integral with the barrel and it lines up consistently as long as it was reamed properly. On the other hand the revolvers have 6 or more and there will be some variations in relation to the barrel. One or two cylinder may favor fouling up the right side of the barrel, while the rest may favor other sides of the barrel. Just my observation.Last edited by JTROKS; 11-22-2009, 11:50 AM.The wise man said just find your place
