ruger mark 3 broken after reassembly

So I went to the range got home and decided to clean it. I fired approximately 450 rounds. I watched the videos pulled the lever on the back, pulled out the pin, pulled out the bolt, and used a mallet to get the barrel off. So I clean it and go to put it back together. I put the metal piece that looks like a piece of cheese down and slid the barrel assembly and bolt back on. I used a screwdriver and pushed the "cheese" back up while pulling the trigger then lastly I let that metal piece hand down and stuck the pin back in.

Now the bolt gets stuck halfway, while pulling it back, and pushing it forward,
the magazine is hard to get in and out, and the pin and handle on the back are stuck and wont come out.

P.S. the bolt doesn't get stuck when the pin and handle thing is as far out as it can go

THIS IS AS FAR AS IT WILL COME OUT

    Welcome to Calguns bud.
Screw the environment! The sooner we trash this place the sooner we will have the political will to explore space and conquer the known universe, spreading like locust we will plunder, crush new enemies, take their women and if we are lucky, we shall meet our fate on the battlefield.

I never take my Ruger apart because it is such a PITA to put back together.

The key is the orientation of the hammer - and the magazine disconnector in the mk3 makes things tricky.

To get the hammer spring back in, insert the mag, pull the trigger, and make sure that the hammer moves all the way forward.

You can test the orientation by removing the upper and trying to install the hammer spring (the piece of metal that is annoying you). Also, consider removing the mag disconnect altogether.

That doesn't help me at all...

I pull the bolt back and press the slide release, I pull the trigger nothing happens.

I need to get the bolt pin out, but its stuck so I can't get the receiver off..

Not exactly what I meant, it was more of a lame as in small caliber bullet, so it doesn't mean much to me, but I still did pay 300 bucks for it, but I'm getting a K frame 357 tomorrow for 200.

They are great guns, just a PITA to take a part the first few times. It's easy for me now, just took some time.

Use the block of hammer method in the first link. From what I've seen on other boards, that'll be your solution.
