Are you kidding? The .22lr cartridge has enough recoil to dislocate your shoulder if you're not careful. Given that .22lr is such a common caliber that children are introduced to first, thank God someone at Mossberg finally got around to equipping these dangerous rifles with the proper recoil dampening systems to protect your shoulders, and those of your children!

So at first I go "so what, it's that stupid shotgun with the muzzle brake"

And then I read about a .22. So I scroll back up and shrug "wtf, it's just that mossberg 500 with a muzzlebra.... is that a .22lr magazine? WTF, that's a .22 rifle? WHY? Oh. april fools, duh." Then I clicked the link to the PDF and saw it was from February and specified their rimfire rifles..

wtf? Does a .22 even generate enough pressure for a muzzle brake like that to do anything with?

First of all could you make the picture bigger? It's kind of hard to see.

Second, the 22 rimfire recoil is vicious and potentially dangerous, just ask Henry (BuffyBuster).

Third, does the gun come with a cantileverd bipod mount? It looks so muzzle heavy that it probably balances in front of the forearm.
