Umarex HK MP7

I'm going to get in line for the MP7. I think they (Umarex) make a great product.

If HK gave the license to Umarex they can actually call them MP5s, 416s and the like.

I don't really get the point of making another MP5 .22 clone. The GSG-5 has a strong following already, and seems to be more reliable than the "Colt" M4.

But an MP7 sounds cool.

It would need to be DOJ list of 'safe' guns unless someone locks the magazine in place w/mag and single shot sled to get past the drop test.

I'd be interested in the rifle version of MP7 with a fake can.

It has to have a 16 inch barrel either way, otherwise it will be an SBR.

So it will likely have a fake suppressor like the GSG-5.

What's the point of making more MP5s ... I am only interested in getting the 416 or (MP7 -> if CA legal, probably not)... how about H&K G36, USC?

Kriss Super V in .22lr would be my dream rimfire knock-off tacticool clone...! ... how about Varmint rifle clones in 17HMR?
