Haven't seen Yellow Jackets for sale in a long time. Do they still make them?

In a Nylon 66 these yellowjackets would not feed well ! Personal experience. Never bought another box again.

Yeah, this is the first time I've heard people put the yellow jacket. Most people have problems with the golden ones. I've never had an issue with either one. [emoji1744]

I located 5000 online so I no longer need to find them.
1500 fps out of my Remington 541S and very accurate without any issues at all.
I am guessing the posters having problems are confusing them with other ammunition?

That's what I'm guessing. I've heard a lot of people complain about the Remington Golden Bullets but this is the first time I've heard any complain about the Yellow Jackets. I think some think they are one in the same. Personally I've never had any trouble with either.

the yellow jacket bullet is 3 grains light than the GB and has a much flatter meplat.

feeding issues are plausible, especially in a semi-auto.

Yeah, you don't want to carry them in your self-defense rig.

But seriously, .22 Cal firearms can be finicky with ammo, or magazines, the type of oil you use, or just what day of the week it is. Any .22 ammo that doesn't work in one of my semi-autos gets saved for the revolver or bolt-action, where they work every time.

                              Yellojackets

Still working on a 500 round carton of Yellowjackets. No problem in 10-22, Backup or Exactor. Or SP101 for that matter. But full disclosure...I just bought 16 boxes of Stingers which I believe to the the best all-around .22LR ammo for my guns. As always, YMMV. 🧐
