That is a bummer. I used a 10% coupon on a Python before the new year and got full value from it.

Was able to get the recent $50 coupon honored after it wouldn’t take when ordering online. Luckily it reflected the coupon code on my order confirmation and when I went into the store for the DROS I had the physical coupon in hand.

Does anyone know how this compares to the GSG 16??? Anyone have both?

Most people agree the Hk is superior. The GSG is a plastic airsoft body wrapped around a .22 blowback assembly. The Hk is hefty metal and feels solid. The Hk is also easier to clean.

Some folks really like their GSG though

I ended up buying the pic rail attachment from HK Parts.

It wasn't cheap but the fit it nice and snug. I haven't shot with it yet but I doubt the massive 22lr round will jar it loose.

I originally used a far less expensive pic rail mount then the one at HK Parts. I honestly don't remember precisely why I replaced the less expensive one...I think maybe it would come off ... I don't remember for sure.

Just in case anyone finds this information useful, that $100 mount 12pewpew posted fits perfectly, no modification needed.

I also purchased two cheaper ones, like $10-20 each. One did not fit at all and the other didn't fit well.

For GSG 16-22’s go to Alquist Arms (BETTER PRICE WHEN AVAILABLE...GET ON THE NOTIFY ME LIST) website first, then WILDE BUILT TACTICAL (higher price but get more shipments). Turner’s, if you ask them to double check and triple check they can find a firearm most of the time and do store to store.
