Going rates for Off-Roster Cali-Owned guns?

Just curious if it would be worth it to sell before I move to a free-state... so wondering about going rates for guns that are not allowed import, off-roster, California, legally owned and registered guns...

Can someone give me a going price, or direct me to where to find current prices to list at so I know what they would go for, if sold?
Since 3/5 are Rimfire, and I couldn't find a Handguns section, I figured this would be the best place for this query...?

1) Ruger MK-III Bull-Barrel with 3-4 mags (Blued/Black) LCI and Mag Disconnect swapped out for function
and replaced with better crap, and a cheap red dot on the picatinny rail, factory tapped.
2) Ruger MK-III 22/45 Bull-Barrel w/3 mags (Blued/Black) w/picatinny rail, factory tapped.
3) Ruger Stainless 10/22 with 3 mags, w/folding stock, OG stock with sling-rings epoxied perfectly
4) Ruger Stainless SR-9 w/ 3 mags
5) H&R Pardner pump, missing hunting plug (for 3-shot max hunting, I think it was for), but 5+1 regular plug

The 3 handguns are off roster, but a private party transfer facilitated by an FFL is legal, AFAIK.

I am not looking to take offers here, but getting my ducks in a row for a free-state transfer I was already given a green-light for, and since the 3 handguns are off roster, I might get a good price, and I would like to leave them in the hands of Californians... as PPTs are still legal, for now...

I understand that as a PPT the LCI and Mag Disconnect does NOT have to be installed, but OG LCI and Mag-Disconnect would be included, if I can find them both, and I have a spare Mag Disconnect for the MK-III 22/45, and maybe an LCI, but not sure about the LCI.

Additionally, since a background check would be done for the PPT anyways, is it legal to donate ammo with the firearms, free with purchase, as it is in short supply(, through the FFL of course)?
I think in Cali you can only sell 50/rd/month, but this would be like when you purchase ammo when you pickup, the background check is already complete.

If I was you, I'd sell the MKIII's in CA. Excellent guns and difficult to get since off roster. You'd probably get more for them in CA than out of state and, when you leave the state you could replace them by buying MKIV's which no longer have LCI's and are easier to take apart with the new push button.

Exactly the plan.... but don't know what to sell for with the pandemic, Discontinued, off-roster, etc...

Some fool in Hemet wanted like $800 for a MK-II, which is crazy-stupid, even as a pre-COVID price, for a bottom-release (Euro-style) mag release... meh

It looks like the going rate is about $375-$500 for the MK-III/Mk-III 22/45's, and about the same, but mainly the higher-end for the SR9(No-"c"), but these are NOT in Cali... meaning free-states, so they don't have a Roster... OR off-Roster... and they can STILL get new Ruger semi-autos, Californians can't. I just want to get a reasonable price in this day and age, and not low-ball.

Take it with you demand is still high even in free states and replacing guns will be difficult.
You may be on a waiting list for months for a new Ruger to ship.

Oh, we have plenty more, these are just mainly the run of the mill that can be EASILY replaced in abundance a free-state, and will ALSO more of a selection, as they have not "safe handgun roster"!
ARs could be sold too, already equipped with California compliance, and might sell like hotcakes.

Hell once there, if the ammo shortage is still in full-swing, I assume I could always barter .22lr ammo for guns IRL in a free-state... as that is what I have the most of, and not running out of .22lr for YEARS to come. California made sure that I stacked DEEP on stuff I don't reload by pushing that ammo TAX (and background check). .22lr ammo could also be sold, once there, as they have no "peasant" 50/rd/month max sale law.

I agree with CJ5 above, sell the Mk IIIs; I would probably list at $600 and expect about $500). The Mk IV is an upgrade and that would give you the money to get one or two.

The SR9 I'm not that familiar with, I saw one in the marketplace listed for $450. Looks like the free-state price new is about $250, so I wouldn't expect much over free state price for it, but if you want to trade up, then you will get more here than you will out there.

The ammo limit is 500 rounds per month, and yes, you can do it the same time as you PPT the pistols. Contacting the FFL ahead of time is always a good idea for any transfer, though, and they can confirm.

For the mk iii pistols, probably around $700ish for someone who is set on getting a Ruger. You missed the highest of the wave. But prices are still elevated, and they have plenty of fans.

10/22s are common, no higher prices here than anywhere. And the pardner is bottom of the barrel pricing unless it's a particularly nice one for some reason.

I too, am moving to a free state; have tried to sell a Defender but buyers are too far away. Kind of sad, but once my Defender is out of CA it can never come back. My plan is to go to Oklahoma, which is in the running for the most free state in the Union I think.

Ruger SR9 are not that great. A bit too snappy compared to peer group.
I will not find a high demand for the SR9. Other Ruger gun are far better.

MK III and IV are out there and can be had if you want one.
Saw a buyer snap up 3 guns including a MK IV for 2,000
So on average $700 each he got a good deal.
