Yup, ordered one up back on the 18th. Good thing too since price went up in last couple days and they are pretty behind. Not shipping until next week.

awesome, for anything these are simply the best. Hunting, Target, or anything else you can drop these down to something like 8 oz and he's probably one of the best triggers I've ever fired.

Have you glass bedded with Lil Crow recoil lug? It's a prerequisite.

            Floated the barrel?

Lots of things to get sorted before fiddling with triggers.

I get it, but I'd wager to bet a GOOD trigger would do more for a shooter than the recoil lug.

Yeah when I first got it I tried to use the tension screw but it was still a bit wobbly under moderate tension, and to get it really tight I ended up gouging the trigger group significantly. Creative use of JB weld bedding around the trigger guard shelf (on the bottom side of the stock) accomplishes the same thing as the screw.

Once I drilled in my cleaning rod hole, I bedded the back face of the receiver inlet with some devcon gasket stuff and it created a smallish nipple that fit exactly into the cleaning rod hole.

I am a little late in posting but you will like the 2 stage trigger. Being a Marine, our M-16s had a 2 stage trigger.

Yeah my current AR15 has a nice 2 stage trigger, so it will feel similar. Although I think the AR15 break is somewhere around 2 pounds second stage, so I better do all my 10/22 shooting before the Ar15.

I have a single stage and love it. but if you are using it mainly on the bench you may want the 2 stage.

Out of curiosity, why do people like single stage on hunting rifles? I really like the 2-stage for hunting, varmint, squirrels, etc as well. Why would anyone prefer a single stage heavier break for hunting (Other than a perceived thought of better safety, but IMO it's not any safer if you follow the rules)

                            Just curious on the thoughts.

To tell you the truth I like the single-stage trigger because that is what I use on my AR and other rifles a steady trigger pull not a little pre-travel then break. Maybe I will try a two-stage trigger one of these days. Lol

Very good. For me, I like having the first stage because I can feel where I'm at, then I hit a wall, and KNOW exactly where that thing is going to break every single time. I feel like I can be much more controlled with a 2-stage rather than a single stage, but otherwise I don't know that there is much difference.
