22/45 mag question

Has anyone used a *22/45* MK III mag in a 22/45 MK II?

I know they are physically different (slightly), but physical dimensions look the same.

*** EDITED *** I meant to specify that both guns/mags in question would be from and for the 22/45.

That seems to address two generations of 22/45 mags - but I think (and I may be mistaken) that OP is asking about a MkIII non-22/45 mag compatibility with a 22/45 MkII

I am not 100% sure though, it can very confusing when talking about these guns

I've run REGULAR Mk.II mags, in MY Mk.III 22/45 without hiccup... but never the other way 'round.

I rewrote my OP. I meant to say that both MK II and MK III mags would be for the 22/45.

I found this further down in the thread that you shared....

"Lets discuss 22/45's. The 22/45 magazines are interchangeable between either generation model (22/45 Mark II or 22/45 Mark III) without any changes. I use these interchangeably in my personal 22/45's all the time."
