Palmetto State Armory has the Heritage 16" revolver (not the rifle) for $199 right now. It says the brand is Taurus. I didn't realize they were related. I looked it up and Taurus bought Rossi and Heritage a while back. That's a happy to see you gun.

I wonder how to hold that without the front tipping over.

I want it. Cartoon gun LOL. Do they have a holster for it? If so, I'm even more interested.

I had the Rossi Circuit Judge in 22lr and 22mag for many years. It came with both cylinders. This gun has problems. Primarily it doesn’t seat well and the bullet loses a lot of velocity. The second issue is the blow back from the gases hits the shooter’s eyes and face. I’m not sure if these two issues are related. I would venture there are not more of these for reason #2. Even with the little shelf Rossi adds to prevent blow back, the gases still hit the shooter hard.

I would imagine this rifle may suffer similar issues. Never shot one though, so can’t say for sure.
